General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery options and timelines depend on your location and order size. All shipping details will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and holidays are excluded.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following addresses:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
  • Certain restricted or carrier-limited regions

Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on U.S. regulations or carrier limitations.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • The carrier being unable to access the delivery location

The package may be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or discuss available options.

Lost or Damaged Packages
