Refund Policy

Our policy on returns, refunds and exchanges.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Reasons

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Incorrect color selected at checkout
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your order before placing it. Our size charts are clearly displayed on each product page to help ensure the correct fit.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email and we will be happy to see what we can do to assist you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@rosieslabel.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

⚠   Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email you the return address and instructions for sending your package back safely.

Return Fee

A $10 administration fee applies to every returned item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. You must request any order changes or cancellations within 15 minutes after placing your order.

After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be changed. You may still return the item(s) once delivered, in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at info@rosieslabel.com with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to follow these two steps:

  • Return the item you have following the return process above
  • Place a new order for the correct item once your return has been accepted

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@rosieslabel.com.

Important Shipping Note

Our items ship from our international warehouse, which may result in longer transit times. If your item is already in transit, we cannot issue a refund until you have received the order and sent it back to us.
